ONLINE AND NETWORK USE POLICY
(COMPUTER POLICY)
All students will have access to the Internet, World Wide Web, and other information resources, including email, under the supervision of a teacher or educational assistant.
Students in 3rd-8th grade will receive an email account.� Students and parents must sign a Network/Online Agreement Form before students will be granted an email account and network access.
The use of the network and Internet is a privilege, not a right, and inappropriate use will result in suspension and/or cancellation of those privileges.� Teachers and administrators will deem what is inappropriate use and their decision is final.� Examples of inappropriate use include, but are not limited to: installing unauthorized software, using profanity in email messages, accessing unauthorized websites, physically mistreating hardware, attempting to disrupt the network, altering of another person�s data, printing without permission and not following directions of a Cyberschool staff member regarding computer use.�
