Several Cyberschool teachers traveled to Atlanta and attended the Technology + Learning Conference November 8-10. This conference, held by the National School Boards Association, is a place for school personnel to share information about using technology as a tool for learning.
Ms. Dereszynski, Ms. Brunner, Ms. Ross, Ms. Ansay, Ms. Smith, Ms. Hodges, and Ms. Manian brought back many ideas to share with the staff. Ms. Brunner, Cyberschool's technology integration specialist, said the conference was valuable to classroom teachers and should help the school focus on certain areas of technology integration.
Next year's conference is in Dallas, Texas.
